Have had my car there going on 3 months now. Has been the worst repair experience I have ever had. Been without a rental car for weeks now because insurance will no longer pay for it. Body shop got me one for a little while and told me the car was ready so my mistake I turned rental in before going to get the car guess what now we have no car and no rental. My service advisor is very quick to put the blame on anyone but himself. I guess what I’m trying to say don’t believe what you are being told and don’t expect to get any updates on your vehicle unless you go up there and ask.

Ive had my truck in there for a month at this point and every time ive asked about it I’ve been told wrong. I was told it would be ready last week and it was not and i was then told it would be ready this morning. Called this morning and they said 4 o clock. Its 4 o clock and now itll be ready tomorrow. I genuinely don’t believe them now.

Do not recommend at all. We have taken 2 vehicles there in the last 6 months and both have had issues. We thought maybe the 1st was just a fluke and gave them another chance, and it was horrible. My daughter’s car was which was less a year old went in for hail damage repair and came out with a horrible paint job, and the roof leaking. She is out of state for college and we are having to have another shop fix what Classic ruined! Told Classic about it cause they supposedly stand by their work, and we were told we would have to take it up with our insurance. Took my husband’s truck for hail repair as well. Said the vehicle was ready and had gone through quality control and everything was great. Went to pick it up and the electric side mirrors aren’t working, and parts are still not fixed that were broken by hail. Took it back and they said they could fix the mirrors real quick no big deal, nope have to drop it back off cause they don’t know what’s wrong. Asked why the quality Controll guys didn’t realize that the side mirrors that were replaced weren’t working and we were told that the quality control people don’t check for that. When it was Pat Grey, I had ZERO issues. But Classic Collison WORTHLESS!! Took the truck to get repaired for wind damage (wind bent drivers door). Got a call that repairs were done, but the truck had no oil pressure. So I arranged to have it towed directly to the Ford house. After about 2 weeks, got the truck back and got to inspect Classics work. The inside door panel had gouging in it (looks like someone used a screwdriver to pry it apart). The gap between the door and the front fender as not even at all. And the door and fender didn't even line up correctly. Called and talked to Logan, he said to bring it in and they would look at it. They replaced the inside door panel and called that it was ready. My wife brought it home and when I looked at it, the gap was still WAY OFF. My wife took it back the next Monday. When she walked in, Logan looked at her and said "What now?". Waited 4 days and never heard anything, so I went to the lot and physically showed Logan what i was talking about. 3 weeks later Logan called (at 5:15pm, when they close at 5:30pm) that everything was fixed. And NOPE...........the truck STILL isn't right. I am done with this company.

Pat Gray Collision Center is a good established repair center. The management is top notch and notifies customer with updates. My car looks & runs great. I can recommend this repair shop without reservations of any kind.
